Care Instructions / Cleaning Advice

Our products have an anodised surface finish. This makes the items durable and waterproof. Either way dirt and spills should be cleaned or dried quickly. For cleaning only use warm water and a soft cloth. Please avoid contact to alkaline or acidic liquids and cleaners since these could affect the surface finish.

 

Warranty

We as NØDE are proud of our product quality. All products are designed for longevity. This benefits the customer and the environment. For example we do use solid material to insure strength and a long-lasting experience. Also are all objects easy to disassemble, this way it is easy to replace a part in an unfortunate event of failure or damage.

If you have any probelm with one of our products please get in contact with us and we will do our very best to resolve your issue.

  

Shipping

Domestic:

We use leading courier companies to ship the order to your door. Track the order to the minute, to know when it arrives. Free-shipping will take between 3-5 working days.

International:

International orders will be charged with delivery fees. Depending on the destination different costs and lead times apply.

What if wished product is out of stock?

We doing our best to keep stock of all our products. In the unfortunate event of no stock available, we kindly ask for a little bit of patience. Normally it should not take longer than 10 working days to have your wishes item back in stock.
